Hi, I’m Kelly, a qualified person-centered counselor who takes an integrative approach to meet your unique needs. I’m a BACP registered member, fully insured, and hold a DBS certificate. I believe everyone has a natural capacity for growth when the right conditions are in place.
My aim is to create a warm space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Your path may share similarities with others, but it’s still uniquely yours. You know what hurts, what’s hidden, and where you want to go. Because you and your journey are one of a kind, we’ll work together to make sure each session reflects that.
I’m here to meet you as you are and walk alongside you on this personal journey. As a member of the BACP, my commitment is to work safely and ethically. This includes regular supervision and ongoing professional development. I have a particular interest in supporting people who live with anxiety, including health anxiety and social anxiety.

By integrating different therapeutic modalities, I draw on various tools and perspectives tailored specifically to your needs. This flexible way of working allows us to explore your journey from different angles and deepen your self-understanding.
For instance, if you are struggling with anxiety, we might incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you cope. If finding the right words feels challenging, we can use creative therapies, such as a sand tray or a personal timeline, to express your emotions. Together, we will find what feels most supportive for your growth.
